Belgrade E-pass provides a digital sightseeing pass that enables access to selected attractions, museums,
and experiences in Belgrade.
The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. If you access the Services from a jurisdiction
where such use is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (for example, HIPAA, FISMA, or similar frameworks).
You must not use the Services in a way that violates consumer protection, financial services, or data protection laws.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our intellectual property
All content available through the Services, including text, graphics, software, designs, databases, logos,
trademarks, and audiovisual materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Belgrade E-pass
and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services
solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, translate, transmit, distribute, sell,
license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Legal Terms.
- You are at least 18 years old, or you use the Services with parental or guardian consent where required.
- You will not use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Services.
- You will not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. Purchases and Payment
We accept payments through approved payment methods, including major credit and debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
Prices may change at any time. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Unused or partially used passes may be subject to refund limitations, depending on the product type, activation status,
and the specific rules shown during checkout.

You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intent.
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or any disruptive content.
- Use the Services to compete with Belgrade E-pass or to build a competing product using our Content.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without written authorization.
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and other actions as permitted by law.
7. User Generated Content
The Services do not require you to submit or publish content. If you voluntarily send feedback, suggestions,
or other communications to us, you agree we may use them without compensation and without restriction,
subject to applicable law.
8. Review Guidelines
Where reviews are permitted, you agree that your reviews must be truthful, based on genuine experience,
and free of offensive, misleading, or unlawful content.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion, and we do not guarantee that reviews will be published.
9. Services Management
We may monitor the Services to enforce these Legal Terms, maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of our systems.
We may restrict or remove content, disable features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary.

and we are not liable for interruptions or unavailability to the extent permitted by law.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Belgrade E-pass operates,
without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
14. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally,
it may be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts, depending on the applicable rules and mandatory consumer protections.
Where permitted by law, class actions and representative claims are not allowed.
15. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied,
regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, or suitability of the Services for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belgrade E-pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belgrade E-pass from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses
(including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Legal Terms,
or infringement of any third-party rights.
18. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that electronic communications,
agreements, and notices satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms, together with any policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Belgrade E-pass.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
